This was for one of those tricky TIME assignments from Edel. The story discussed how dangerous the situation is in Pakistan with the Taliban save havens there along the Afghanistan border. If we apply too much pressure to Pakistan as far as going after the Taliban, it will end-up destabilizing President Musharaff and thus jeopardize U.S. interests in the region.
