Help an injured Veteran and his family.

This holiday season I have been sick, and not in a festive mood. I find myself focusing on the commercialism that has a poisoning effect on how I enjoy this time of year. When I am sick, I focus on how I lost my father in December, how this or that isn’t quite perfect, etc…
I basically have been a whiny, selfish @$$. SNAP OUT OF IT!!!
Well, this morning I came across an article in the local newspaper about an injured vet home from Iraq. A mine permanently damaged his brain. His wife has just given birth to triplets. He can’t work to support his children, and it will cost them about $320 a month just to buy formula for these babies. They go through 30 diapers a day!
I know that we all are hit up for charitable donations a lot during the holidays, but if you want to help out someone who really needs it, please give to this man’s family. If 18 people gave them $20 they would have enough for formula for one month. My wife and I spent $37 yesterday taking the kids to the movies!
