Here are two images that were selected for the American Illustration annual this year.  The one above was for the cover of "Things Fall Apart" a novel by Chinua Achebe.  Helen Yentus and John Gall at Random House were the art directors.  I'm illustrating about 10 covers for a re-release of Achebe's novels.   I just started reading and sketching ideas for the second novel, it's a great  project.   The other image that was selected is the ICON 5 poster (below).  I worked with David Plunkert at SPUR and Whitney Sherman on that one.  Looking forward to seeing everyone at the AI party tomorrow!
