UFO spotted over Asheville, North Carolina

DPI — Overnight, an unidentified flying object was spotted in the area around Asheville, North Carolina.  The object hovered over buildings in the downtown area for nearly two minutes and then quickly took off in a South Easterly direction. 
Vern Thomas, a truck driver from nearby Durham, quickly pulled out his cell phone camera and was able to take a snapshot before the object disappeared into the night sky.  Although the image is very rough, some details can be seen under extreme magnification.  The details captured bear a striking resemblance to several markings left yesterday on fields throughout the Carolinas and West Virginia.
