Ellen Weinstein is a native New Yorker. She creates images for editorial, advertising, institutional and publishing clients including: Time Magazine, Georges DuBeouf wine, Viking Penguin Books, and Yale Repertory Theatre.

She has received awards from The Society of Illustrators, American Illustration, Communication Arts, The Art Directors Club, and Print's Regional Annual. She has been included in several illustration anthologies including Curvy, New York Based Creatives ( from Taiwan) and "Drawing Inspiration: Visual Artists at Work" by Michael Fleishman.

Ellen also exhibits in galleries and exhibitions including a show featuring the work of 40 Women illustrators which traveled through Italy sponsored by Cultural Association Teatrio.
