Here's one from today's Times.
It's on cooking pasta...thrilling, eh?
Basically it's about different approaches in cooking it, letting it soak beforehand, using a shallow pot, starting with cold water etc.
All things that would get you killed in Sicily...
Nice break from all the political stuff though.
