A few weeks back I posted a work in progress of this piece on the right, how I was going to use it as promotion, something about my rep not being comfortable with it (hi guys). Well, my reps are great folks and as soon as I posted this image I got a call to straighten things out, to be sure I didn't misunderstand them, and that they simply wanted a mix of images on our promotional pages.


Anyway, just goes to show how popular Drawger is. So I redesigned both my Workbook page and this page which goes out in a small, very nice spiral bound book that my rep produces- to include more of the new work that I've been having fun with and less of the work that I'm known for and really don't need to push so much. I wasn't sure where i was going with this pink piece and so I put it in a frame, inspired in no small part by Cathie Bleck's beautiful art framed in those oval frames with the convex glass. The image is also very voyeuristic so I briefly considered doing some sort of peep hole but this seemed a better choice.
