We all get them. Every now and again someone asks us to do something that is not exactly in our purview. Those of us with any integrity take a pass so those of you who struggle to make a living in that genre get your work. NOT ME. BRING IT ON!
Over the weekend I was ask to portray the social scene for New York Times Dinning. This is Graydon Carter's latest project to revive The Waverly Inn restaurant. Of course the moment I accept such a job I go into a complete panic as to whether I can bring it off. You be the judge.
Those murals by the way were done by Ed Sorel. I wonder how he feels about me re-rendering his work.
