printer revolt

Yesterday my printer started the day by eating and regurgitating a sheet of paper. This is probably the most expressive marks to come out of it... the funny thing is my studio mate has the same model (anonymous, I'll never tell) and his was printing everything very tiny on the page yesterday, at pretty much the same time that mine was gnawing on this. Is this a rise of the machines?
I will point out that at least I can read "awesome start" and "can we incorporate"?... at least it gave me that.
Thanks for the comments. This didn't come out of the EPSON 3800, it came from a daily "workhorse" which is probably jealous of the 3800 because it only gets fired up for the "nice" prints. It kind of looks like an old David Carson spread from RAYGUN. The craziest thing was after I pulled this out, the next print came out 100% fine and clean... seems all it wanted was a little snack and then back to work.

I'd love to see some other "artworks" created by artist owned printers... post 'em.
