Yesterday evening I received a call from Anelle Miller who told me that I won 3 silver medals in 3 different categories this year.
I can't think of a better place than Drawger for saying thanks three times, since I know that part of the SI jury are drawger members.
thank u so much guys! u made me VERY happy and proud of what I do, no award is better than the one you receive from your own colleagues (even if I know that the panel of judges are partially composed from creative directors)

a second thanks goes to Anelle Miller and to the Society Of Illustrators, the house of our community.

the third thanks goes to the Art Directors who helped me develop the three images.

Nicola Boccaccini, an amazing Italian photographer, followed me for the book launch in London, http://www.nicolaboccaccini.com, he did an incredible job which I'd like to share with u.

The venue was great, we had a great time. Thanks to Franco Cervi, the owner of 27_9, publisher of my book, thanks to Helen, Dan, Miki, my super agents,  who planned everything, thanks to Riccardo the stunning chef of Dolada for the delicious catering, thanks to my friends who found time to drop by, thanks to the people who I met there for the first time,   and a special thanks to my brother Matteo and to my girlfriend Camilla for being there with me.
