I started a thread about some of the various web portfolio sites over on the Speakeasy but wanted to get a few more views. Seems like opinions vary on theispot and folioplanet. Personally I got zilcho from theispot but a ton from folioplanet, go figure... I did Showcase for many years before they bit the dust and I just bought a page in Workbook for next year. Has anyone gotten work from Workbook's web portfolio? When is the best time to promo direct mail? Sept? Jan? Usually, a little bit of everything is the best way to go.
